Pay is location-based: Unarmed guards: ₹6,000–₹14,000/month on 8-hour duty (location basis — small-town posts lower, city posts higher) and ₹9,000–₹18,000/month on 12-hour duty; armed gunmen ₹14,000–₹22,000/month; lady guards ₹8,000–₹15,000/month; supervisors ₹18,000–₹28,000/month. Your final CISS offer depends on site, shift and role and is confirmed in writing before joining — always with ESI, PF and monthly bank salary.

Armed gunman aur unarmed guard mein kya farak hai?
An armed gunman carries a licensed weapon at banks, bullion and high-value sites and needs a valid arms licence plus assessment — only a few such posts exist. For the same cost, a site can deploy 2–3 unarmed guards, so most hiring (and most vacancies) is unarmed gate, yard, ward and premises duty. Joining ke liye koi fees deni hoti hai?
No — never. CISS charges zero joining, training, uniform or verification fees, and salary is monthly bank transfer. Anyone demanding money for a CISS job is a fraud. Report it to us on the same WhatsApp number immediately.
Duty hours kya hote hain — 8 hour ya 12 hour?
Both exist. 8-hour posts (three shifts) are common at corporate and institutional sites; 12-hour patterns are common at factories and townships and pay more. Weekly off is covered by our reliever pool — it never becomes your pay-cut.
