Manned guarding is the backbone of most security arrangements in Madhya Pradesh. A trained, uniformed, supervised person at the point where people and material enter your premises stops more loss than any device you can install — because a guard can refuse entry, and a camera cannot.
We supply guards directly. Every person standing on your site is a Central India Security & Services employee: background-verified, on our PF and ESI rolls, paid at or above MP minimum wages, and covered by our PSARA licence rather than yours.

How Deployment Works
- 1Site survey — we walk the premises, count the posts, and note the vulnerable hours.
- 2Post definition — shift timings, duties, reporting format and escalation tree agreed in writing.
- 3Guard selection and police verification, then deployment, typically within 24–48 hours for confirmed requirements.
- 4Supervisor visits, monthly review, and a replacement guarantee with no gap in coverage.
Statutory & Licensing Position
- PSARA Licence No. PSA/L/19/MP/2025/AUG/3/1356, valid across Madhya Pradesh until 13 August 2030
- Every guard on ESI and PF; wages at or above the MP minimum wage notification
- Police verification and identity documentation held on file for each deployed guard
- MHA-approved agency, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 certified
What Drives the Price
Security is priced per post, not per person. These are the variables that move a quotation — ask any agency to show them and you will see immediately whether a cheap quote has funded them.
- Number of posts and whether each post is 8-hour, 12-hour or 24×7
- Reliever requirement — a 24×7 post needs roughly 4.2 guards once rest days and leave are funded
- Armed versus unarmed, and whether a gunman’s licence is required
- Lady guard or specialised skill requirements
- Distance from our Sagar headquarters or a regional hub, which sets supervision cost
Where This Service Stops
- Guards deter, detect and report. They are not a police response and cannot detain beyond the limits of law.
- A single guard cannot watch two distant gates at once. Where coverage demands it, we will say so rather than agree to one post.
- Manned guarding does not replace fire safety systems, insurance, or CCTV — it is one layer.

Who is legally responsible for the guards?
We are. Every guard is our employee on our PF and ESI rolls and deployed under our PSARA licence. That removes statutory risk from your organisation.
What happens when a guard is absent?
A funded reliever pool covers weekly rest, casual and sick leave. You are not left with an empty post, and we do not run double shifts to hide the gap.
