- Number of washrooms, pantries and high-traffic zones
- Whether consumables and equipment are included or supplied by you

Where This Service Stops
- We do not carry out structural repairs, electrical work, HVAC servicing or pest control — we report defects to your maintenance vendors.
- Specialist cleaning such as facade work or industrial tank cleaning needs a specialist contractor.
- Consumables are billed as consumed, so usage-driven variance is normal.
